神殿は神を祭る建物であると同時に、神器などを安置するための場所である。そのため侵入者を拒む仕掛けが厳重に設置されている。多くの神殿のなかでも重要視されている神殿が「時の神殿」である。時代ごとに形を変えているが、マスターソード(P.078)を鍵として時を行き来する点が共通する。そして、その名称や形跡がなくなってからも、マスターソードとその台座は何かしらのかたちで存在し続けている。
Temples are buildings for worshiping gods, and also places for enshrining sacred artifacts. For this reason, they are equipped with strict mechanisms to ward off intruders. Among the many temples, the one that is considered most important is the Temple of Time. Its form changes with each era, but they all share the common feature of traveling through time using the Master Sword (p. 078) as a key. Even after its name and traces have disappeared, the Master Sword and its pedestal continue to exist in some form.
